As soon as I found out my husband was being transferred to another part of the state, I knew I needed to get a real estate agent and get our house on the market quickly. Jenny Jones came highly recommended by a trusted friend so I called Jenny the very next day and set up an appointment to meet with her. Jenny gathered some information from me during our first conversation and then when we met the next day, she was completely prepared to discuss the sale of our home and had already researched comparable home sales in our area. Having the crucial information Jenny provided allowed my husband and I to price our home competitively and we were ready to sell. Several days later Jenny had a photographer come to our home and she created a wonderful brochure with awesome photographs as well as a list of all of our home's recent upgrades. Once we had an offer on the house things moved quite quickly. Jenny made herself available throughout the entire process from putting our house on the market to the closing of the sale. My husband and I had already moved into our new home in another part of the state before our original home sold and both of us were very grateful that Jenny was so helpful and willing to manage the final details before the closing.
